Steps of Cooking
- Add tomatoes in water and cook until tender.
- Add Shan Rasam Powder, tamarind water and bring it to boil well or until gravy thickens. Add salt to taste.
- Separately heat 2 tablespoons of oil then add curry leaves and garlic. Sauté for few seconds, then add into the gravy and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve Hot
