As per 50 gram
Ingredient Required
Chickpeas
200g / 1 cup
boil in 10 cups water for 2 hours then add 1 teaspoon baking soda and boil for 10 minutes

Potatoes
1 cup
peeled, boiled and cubed

Guava
1 cup
diced

Grapes
1 cup

Mangoes
1 cup
peeled and diced

Apple
1 cup
diced

Banana
1 cup
peeled and diced

Pomegranate
½ cup

SeedsTamarind Paste
½ cup

Lemon Juice
3-6 tablespoons

Dates
2-3
soaked in water for 1 hour then make pulp

Fruit Chaat Masala
4-5 tablespoons

Steps of Cooking
Combine Tamarind Paste, Lemon Juice, Dates Pulp, Shan Fruit Chaat Masala and blend well. Add chickpeas and fruits. Mix and serve.
