Steps of Cooking

  1. Add tomatoes in water and cook until tender.
  2. Add Shan Rasam Powder, tamarind water and bring it to boil well or until gravy thickens. Add salt to taste.
  3. Separately heat 2 tablespoons of oil then add curry leaves and garlic. Sauté for few seconds, then add into the gravy and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve Hot
