Potatoes

peeled and cubed
Green Peas

Tomatoes

¾ cup, chopped
Onion
1 large/100g, ¾ cup
finely chopped
Cauliflower
1 cup / 100g
broken into flowerlets
Capsicum
½ cup

Garlic
6-8 cloves

Shan Pav Bhaji Mix
3 leveled tablespoons

Steps of Cooking
- Boil potatoes, cauliflower, green peas and garlic cloves in water until tender. Then coarsely mash and keep aside.
- On low heat melt butter and add onions. Fry until transparent. Add tomatoes and capsicum. Fry till the tomatoes are tender and done.
- Then add Shan Pav Bhaji Mix and fry for few minutes or until butter / ghee begins to separate from the vegetables.
