RECIPE
Steps of Cooking
- Add 1 kg of medium potatoes peeled (thin round slices), 2 tomatoes finely diced medium and 1 Shan Aaloo Bhaji mix pack in 8 cups of water. Bring to a boil over medium heat until the potatoes are tender. Mix occasionally.
- Mix and mash the potatoes to thicken the sauce.
- Add 3-4 medium green chilies sliced/chopped, 3-4 tbsp. at s. cilantro coarsely chopped, mix and remove from fire. SERVICE SUGGESTION Serve with hot mash and Shan pickles.
