Jahanzaib is a result-oriented finance professional having over more than 15 years of experience he has gradually progressed through various roles of audit and assurance, risk management, financial reporting, business planning, and partnering in organizations like PricewaterhouseCoopers, K-electric, Emirates Airlines, and Shan Foods (Pvt.) Ltd. He has led multiple strategic projects across his tenure where he has been able to add sustainable value to the business.

Jahanzaib is a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Institute of Business Administration.

Muhammad Asim Director Operations


He was previously associated with British American Tobacco (BAT) as a Business Unit Leader and head of Manufacturing. With over 20 years of experience, Asim has worked in different countries such as Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, and the United Kingdom.

He brings with him expertise related to Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Project Management, Service Optimization, ERP and Integrated Work Systems, etc. along with a proven track record of success in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain.

His key achievements include the lowest operating cost globally, cultural & process transformation, improving operating reliability & equipment effectiveness, lean manufacturing, developing & deploying operating standards, reducing working capital, etc. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore, Pakistan. He also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Singapore Quality Institute in addition to certifications in the Manufacturing Essentials Program from Cranfield University, UK, and Demand-driven Value Network (DDVN) from Gartner, UK.

With over 20 years of experience, Shaphan has worked with different renowned companies such as Unilever Pakistan Limited and Nestle Pakistan Limited. He brings with him expertise and knowledge along with a proven track record of success in Traditional Trade, Channel Development, Retailer Engagement, Revamping Distribution Structure, Capability Development, Route to Market, and Shopper Marketing which will be valuable in meeting the organizational goals and objectives.

Shaphan holds a Master’s degree from Philippines Christian University.

She is an experienced Quality Management Professional having over 21 years of specialized experience in QA Management functions, QMS / HSE / Food Safety implementation, and technical project management across various facets of production and support processes. To complement her technical experience, she has a diverse background serving established Multinational & local Organizations like Coca-Cola, English Biscuits Manufacturers, Merit Packaging & Philip Morris International.

He has single-handedly managed KSA facilities alongside operations in UAE. He has effectively streamlined KSA distribution now, managed through the No.1 distributor of KSA. Moreover, expanded its Food Services Business and recently expanded its R&D facility to cater Industrial range.

Fahad is a Supply Chain professional with 16 years experience progressed gradually in diversified functions of Supply Chain. Fahad has been associated with Shan Foods since 2007. Under his leadership major cost savings, transformations and processes streamlining were attained in Procurement, Warehousing and Logistics.

Fahad has played a significant role in the development and initiation of Red Chili Backward Integration Project.

Khan excels in category management, driving sustainable growth across diverse markets, Sales Automation, RTM transformation, establishing key accounts and driving modern trade strategies. A proven track record in managing portfolios and converting whitespaces into growth engines, Muneeb optimizes trade spend, and fosters multicultural team synergy.

With a Master’s degree and extensive international experience, he is currently managing and expanding Middle East, Africa, Europe to Pacific regions for the company.

Hasnain Ali GM North America


Hasnain boasts 25+ years in Commercial Management, predominantly with Mondelez globally.
He excels in Sales & Category Management, Perfect Store and Sales Digitalization. He led Mondelez's Pakistan division for 5 years till 2014 before moving on to the middle east. Apart from Pakistan his commercial expertise spans Middle East, Central & Eastern Africa and Global Category & Operations planning.

In 2019, Hasnain served as the Global Manager Perfect Store Executional Excellence based out of New Jersey – USA, where he was responsible for end-to-end process to increase the Perfect Stores globally. Recently, he served as Nu Group’s COO, enhancing operational efficiency.
With a Marketing Master’s degree, he's primed to drive market expansion and growth in the Americas.

Raheel Ahmed Head of U.K & Europe


Raheel is a qualified ACCA who began his career in audit before joining Shan in 2013 as part of the internal audit department. Demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset, he swiftly transitioned into international sales operations, where he excelled and advanced to the role of Business Development Manager based out of UAE, overseeing markets in the Middle East, Africa, and the Far East. After successfully managing these regions for four years, Raheel was relocated to the UK to lead and transform the European business.

With a proven track record of driving growth across diverse markets, Raheel has established himself as a true international sales leader, consistently delivering results and demonstrating exceptional expertise in global business development.

Ayman FahmyGeneral Manager – Middle East


Ayman is a Mechanical Engineer from the American University in Cairo, by education, but has proven to be a Commercial Maestro over his long and storied career spanning 27 years.

Starting with a two decade stint in Procter & Gamble with multiple commercial roles across Middle East, Europe, North America and Africa, such as Vice President Sales for the Arabian Peninsula & Pakistan. He then served as the Senior Vice President – KSA, for Al Safi Danone.

Prior to joining Shan Foods, Ayman served as General Manager – Developing Markets for Africa & Middle East at Reckitt.
