Steps of Cooking
- Heat ghee and stir fry onion on high heat for 5-6 minutes. Add meat, tomatoes and Maa Peshawari Karhai mix and fry to 5-6 minutes.
- Add ½ - 1 cup water, Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender.
- Add butter and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add green chilies, fresh coriander and yogurt. Stir-fry meat until oil separates from masala.
- Serve with hot naans
