Steps of Cooking

  1. In 1 cup hot oil/hot ghee, fry 2 medium onions for a few minutes. Add 500 g of meat, 3-4 tbsp. at s. Shan Meat mix & Vegetable and 2-3 chopped tomatoes finely diced. aut during a few minutes.
  2. Add 2-3 cups of water. Simmer until the meat is tender.
  3. Add 500 g of vegetables and 1 cup of water if necessary. Cook over high heat for a few minutes and then reduce the heat and cook cook until vegetables are tender.
